We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability . Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites. Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced .The second bedroom only had a double bed, which we thought was a little strange, and the master had a queen and a double in it. The property needed some updating around the pool area. The restaurant was never open at night. I think it was from lack of staffing and you’re not very close to any restaurants. You have to travel two or 3 miles to find any type of restaurant or fast food. I view was nice. ##### Hobert M.
