« The Chestnut House was a very comfortable option for us. The thing that really stuck out to us was the thoughtfulness of the host. A bottle of wine was left for us, an ample supply of coffee available, lots of toilet paper and kitchen supplies. The house had everything we needed including a desk for my wife to work at. It is an older house and so some of the spaces are small like the bathroom and kitchen, but it was completely functional and nicely done given the space limitations. »

« Quiet older neighborhood, close to a Walmart, McDonalds and the interstate. Inside was clean but could do with some care and maintenance. One of the dining chairs collapsed during dinner with one of our group falling to the floor. Another felt quite rickety and we found two more broken ones in the garage. There was a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms where someone previous had opened the door too hard. There were only 6 forks for a sleeps 12 property. The stairs outside were dangerous...
