We stayed for six nights and some basic amenities that one often finds in a rental home were lacking. First the good: safe and convenient location, driveway parking, space as indicated in description. The not-so-good: Most of the furniture in the first floor bedroom and all of the upstairs is barely functional. Not just old, but drawers that don’t open, sharp edges, unstable. Supplies were also very sparse – owner does not supply laundry detergent, sheets and some towels were quite old, other items were minimal. The house was clean. Place is clean and nice location to Overland Park downtown. Highly recommend. Please note streets are dark so be careful if arriving at night as there are a set of some strange street curb that goes into the road that I guess are there to slow traffic, but are very hard to see near house. ##### Evan L. The host, Ann, was excellent and prompt with the minimal communication that was necessary. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The check out “chores” were among the fewest we’ve ever been asked for at previous VRBO stays. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend. ##### Brandy A.
