"Very late check in got the run around for awhile they Keir telling us any minute for hours. We left came back and so wasn’t ready by 7. The pool and hot tub was not well kept or rules enforced AT ALL. The pool experience was definitely SOMETHING the kids with and with parents followed none of the hotel rules. I got up at 5AM to try and beat the crazy kids fit the hit tub they weren’t supposed to be in and it was CLOSED and then also the front staff kept telling me into be thirty minutes. He said that up until 9AM which was the real let down as a mom who fought for the time alone to relax. Breakfast was available and edible no complaints there our room was clean. When we called for towels they never came until we stopped the housekeeper the next day in the hallway.. I did have higher expectations for the Embassy but thanks for the stay!"

"This is not a complaint but an observation about the breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and staff was wonderful. A complaint about their condiment containers. You need to use a spoon that is provided but the only way to get the spoon out of its holder is by picking it up by the "scoop" end which in my opinion is unsanitary. With everyone handling it that way."
