The hotel provided many perks like a complimentary drink, coupons for a discount at the restaurant and passes to their other properties including those with water parks and a wildlife park. "

But, most importantly to me was the fact that the general managers cell phone number was given which you can call 24 hrs a day if you have an issue. I found that unique and reassuring. Will definitely stay here again if we come thru that area again."
