Located in Es Mercadal, in a small residential complex of 8 houses, the holiday home Las Violetas has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, cable TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.  
  
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 covered terraces and a balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, is also available for your use.
