Linen and towels:
Linen and towels are supplied for your stay, you will only need to BYO beach towels

Children:
A cot and high chair are available at the house for use if needed during your stay.
Please request cot and BYO linen for infant. There are plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained during your stay.

Pets:
The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property.
Dogs that shed are not welcome on carpet areas.
All dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
You must clean up any hair or droppings form your dog.

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
We accept schoolies bookings though an higher bond is charged.

Bookings:
Standard check-in: 3pm
Standard check-out: 10am
Accommodation check-in and check-out time can be booked and paid for via the guest portal 48 hours before your stay pending availability.

Pricing:
Base price is for 2 guests and increases $40 per person per total nights booked for your stay plus Airbnb and levy fees.
Please ensure you advise the total guests numbers when you book, you can also adjust your guest numbers by contacting the team prior to your stay.

Bond:
If you do not have an average 5 star reviews there is a bond payment due 2 days before the stay of $600.
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1500.

The house is located on a quiet street at the Waterfall Gully end of Rosebud. The neighbouring houses are a combination of holiday and private homes. The property is located on dirt road.

Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.

There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.
