But please message us first because we are very responsive on the chat. The property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness during your stay. We appreciate it if you do some tidying up before leaving our apartment - at least throw out your garbage. We don't expect you to do an extensive cleaning of the apartment, but leaving the apartment in a reasonable state is appreciated and very helpful for our cleaners' performance. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. Check-outs are strictly before 10:00 a.m. Note: If you confirm your booking on the same day as when your reservation begins, there may be a potential delay with check-in. But we will do everything to ensure that you check in on time. One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $200 charge. Keys are locked inside the apartment if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees. Late check-outs - our cleaners charge us a late fee for significant delays in check-out. If this occurs, you may be subject to cover this fee.
