Newly renovated - Sea Ranch is the perfect setting for a fabulous peninsula getaway in one of the best precincts of Rye. This newly updated property boasts an elevated position, close proximity to the ocean back beach, and what's more it has a full-size tennis court and a 5 metre gas heated plunge pool & golf driving area. A unique feature at Sea Ranch is the undercover outdoor alfresco dining area with seating for 10, with BBQ and pizza oven, and outdoor fire place - absolutely sensational particularly if you entertaining on a chilly night with blinds on pergola for protection. Privacy is also another feature as Sea Ranch is set on half an acre in the much sought after Rye back beach precinct. It is positioned high above the surrounding treetops and looks over the dunes towards the Rye beach. This two-story, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is only a short drive to the Rye shopping strip, the Peninsula Hot Springs, Moonah Links golf course and is at the gateway to the wine district.

Enjoy the large entertaining kitchen and dining room located on the mid-level. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. Downstairs you will find a large lounge area that comes with a television/entertainment system and loads of space to fully lounge about. If you feel like escaping, then make your way upstairs to the parents retreat, complete with home office.

This beach house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and most comfortably accommodates 10 guests.

Bedroom 4 - Master Bedroom / Parents Retreat - Queen Size Bed, home office and sitting area. Large balcony with double sliding doors to outside. This is a lovely bright sunning room overlooking tennis court.  
  
There is a large ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom which includes a stand alone bath.

All guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we are counting down until our next weekend away at the Sea Ranch. I would highly recommend this to all and after staying at several beach houses along the Peninsula this is certainly the best house for entertaining and value for money.  
  
I would also recommend booking any holiday or weekend away with Verve travel and leisure as they made this experience as enjoyable as the weekend away. The consultants were attentive to all needs and ensured that it was a seamless booking. The key was waiting for us when we arrived so there was no need to drive around town looking for a pick-up point and the complimentary wine and assorted goodies were appreciated upon our arrival. This is was a true customer service experience and I must say, well done Verve Vacation Rentals! (Marc, July)

#### Great outdoor space for families

We had a fun weekend with 2 families at Sea Ranch. The tennis court and large outdoor areas were well maintained and entertained 6 children for hours. Indoors the decor is relaxed and possibly a bit tired in areas but the price is reflective of this. The queen bed on the ground floor needs replacing as it sags in the middle. There is no door to the upstairs bedroom which would be fine if your kids aren't early risers. There is no WiFi at the property and Telstra phone reception is patchy - no good if you're wanting to work. Great location with good coffee a 5 min walk down the road.

#### Excellent stay!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this home in Rye. Everything was accounted for and communication with the property manager was seamless. There was firewood available for our use plenty of tennis rackets for the court and the kids made great use of the basketball ring. I would highly recommend this home to a large family/families as the facilities were fabulous!

#### Venue ideal for our family catchup

The place was well appointed and carefully thought out with every amenity we could wish for. The weather was not ideal but our use of the wood fire and availability of space made it a wonderful stay. For two nights we had 14 people and the other two nights 10 people and we managed very well thanks to the venue. The location was also great as we just loved the ocean beach which was just a short walk away.
