Cute Beach Cottage

A freshly painted house with new flooring throughout and sleek leather couch les with electric recliners to make your stay even more comfortable. It’s a lovely little home, decorated in a beachside theme. A great place to unwind and just relax... Sit on the front deck that looks out onto a quiet street while enjoying a nice glass of wine.
Prepare a meal in the small but well equipped kitchen while the kids watch the big tv, or better still it's only a 600m walk to Nepean Hwy and myriad of local shops, cafes, beach and restaurants.
The house has secure fencing all the way around so feel free to bring along your dog to enjoy your holiday with you.
Sleeps up to 7 people with hotel grade linen and has a Nespresso Machine for a morning coffee too.

This place was neat and comfortable with all the little things that make a world of difference such as good water pressure in the shower after a long day at the beach, kitchen and laundry amenities, a generous outdoor entertaining space, comfortable mattresses and great air conditioning. Leigh was very accomodating and we would definitely stay again.

Great little space with everything you could need

Lovely, neat, and clean courage, that's super cosy but still with enough space to stretch out. Kitchen has everything for simple cooking; pots and pans, plenty of crockery, some pantry staples... We went in winter, so the extra blankets Leigh provided for us were perfect! Keyless entry was a nice touch, no effort or fiddling with lock boxes. Entry app takes a little getting used to but means it's no effort to come and go and there are no keys to forget. Leigh was super responsive and accommodating. Well definitely stay again!

A great location!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk (<10 minutes) to the beach, which made it easy for us to come and go. We could also safely leave our doggies in the backyard as it was fenced securely.

A small comfy house

Leigh was very accommodating and easy to communicate. The house is small but very cosy. It is well fenced so no issue leaving the dog out. Great for family with little fur baby. We had to wash the dishes though as there is no dishwasher, first world problem.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at Rosebud and the property was in an ideal location. I got around the gruelling process of opening the front door for the first time using the app. Very happy with the cleanliness and how organised the house was. The property is not large but it is very cosy and welcoming. Our dog was happy too with plenty of room inside and outside. Thank you Leigh for keeping me up to date with the property prior to us arriving and for being generous when needed.

Perfect Pet Friendly Accommodation

Property was exactly as expected. My family and I spent 3 nights there with the outlaws and our dog. It was a miserable wet weekend and we all had a great time in this place. The location was fantastic, only a couple of minutes drive to pier and shopping centre that had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and all communication with the property owner was so easy! Price was fantastic and we would highly recommend to anyone.

The house was the perfect size for 9 people. We enjoyed the hospitality, it had everything we needed. However, one thing I would suggest for improvement would the the fold out sofa as it was very uncomfortable and didn’t lie flat, making it very awkward to sleep on. Additionally, some more mirrors around the house would be useful.

This little home was immaculate and beautiful. Great location . It was clean spacious and so very comfortable. We felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. So sad to be leaving spending ten days here was not enough. Thank you for your support and care always answering my questions. I was so worried that booking so far I advance something would happen to my booking but Leigh the host was nothing but accomodating and polite . I will be rebooking and recommending this place to everyone . You were a delight to deal with. Your home has given us a great opportunity to regroup as a family . Thank you for sharing this with us.
