Nature is at your door step with this property. The coastal bush of the Crib Point Foreshore Reserve wraps around the fence line of this property which provides a peaceful and private outlook. A massive backyard for children of all ages to play. The house provides all the comforts that one would expect from a home. The kitchen is well equiped also providing complimentary teas and coffee. The lounge area is filled with books, dvds, tv, chromecast, record player and vinyls. Also a fireplace to keep you toasty warm in the cooler months and a split system aircon/heating.

Linens and towels are provided in the price of this property that service the three bedrooms. The main bedroom which leads off from the lounge has a Queen size bed to fit two people. Down the hallway pass the lavatory and separate bathroom are the remaining two bedrooms. The second room has a double bed again to fit two people and the third bedroom sits two separate bunk beds to sleep four individuals. This room also is set up with an old school style Atari console, DVD player and tv.

Plenty of free parking and the backyard is completely fenced. A bbq is ready and waiting for use within the covered outdoor area. Plenty of seating and table space to enjoy the dusk or evening sky changes.

Crib Point is one of the last remaining towns on the Mornington Peninsula to still hold it’s original charm. Scattered throughout the township you will notice original period homes. You are walking distance to the town centre where you will find the Crib Point Train station, skateboard ramp, children’s park, the Crib Point Cellars/ Newsagent, Post Office, Marty’s Bar and Bistro and a Cafe. Crib Point is at the gateway to all that Mornington Peninsula has to offer. 5mins driving distance to Hastings, 10 mins to Balnarring, 20 mins to RedHill.

Delightful!

Great little house with all the creature comforts. Very thoughtful owners with so many nice little touches. Highly recommend for a family get away. We even brought our dog who had the best time in the huge backyard.

Great presentation, location and amenities

We loved our stay at The Point-break house. It is as described. A retreat. Close to some shops, station and bus. Short drive to beaches and parks. As others have noted the house is very clean, with extras like Chromecast on a huge TV, free WiFi, linen/towels and pantry items. It is easy to relax with the welcoming decor, indoor plants, flowers, undercover BBQ area and well kept garden. Highly recommended and look forward to booking another trip to recharge and spend time together as a family. Thank you to Jacky & Ben.

A comfortable, neat and tidy home with every thing we needed. Would recommend.

Jacky and Ben’s home was clean, and tidy, rooms were a generous size. A few surprises like a record player with lp’s was there which we had fun with. It was a quiet neighbourhood with no traffic being at the end if a no through road.

everything was great

Lovely little very clean house in a very quiet position. The quality kitchenware and accessories in the house made us feel very special, like we were in our own home and not a holiday let. The outside relaxation area was just that, the good quality bbq made meals easier. The dog proof backyard was huge and gave our girl plenty of room. To Jackie and Ben thanks for everything.

Well equipped and comfortable house with plenty of space for a family.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the whole house is nicely styled and fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of. Our kids loved their room, the toys and the backyard. There is also a nice area to sit outside and have a BBQ which we unfortunately didn't get to use. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay at point break beach house. Modern amenities, everything you need has been catered for, as well as thoughtful touches throughout. Jacky and Ben made us feel very welcome and at home. The big backyard and BBQ area was fantastic. Excellent coffee machine and home grown fruits. The house was completely spotless also. Everything exceeded our expectations and we want to book again. Thanks to our brilliant hosts.

wonderfully warm and cosy house

The house had beautiful lighting throughout with the large windows letting all the light in when the sun was shining. The fireplace was a great size and was so warm on those below zero temperatures we had when we were there. Great t.v. and had everything we needed. There was no dryer and it rained a lot so just used the fireplace and warmth of the house to dry the clothes with the air-rack in front of it. Carport and covered walkway so you don't get wet when walking in the house. Great walk to the water through the bush out the back. Quiet and private spot, great for relaxing. Bbq was great to use as well. Thanks for coming so quickly when we ran out of gas. We really appreciated it. Can't wait to come back and stay again when visiting the area.
