"It was our second stay at this hotel, and overall we really like it. The hotel itself is great, but this time we had a small issue. We booked a Premium Suite, but at check-in we were given keys without being informed that the suite was not available. When we got to the room, we realized it was a lower-category room than what we had booked, so we had to return to the reception. After that, they apologized and offered a discount equal to the difference between the two room rates instead of providing the correct or equal suite."

"The room was okay, but the sheet on the bed had a hole in it. The hotel indicated they were close to the train or Marta Station, but if you don’t have a car, the walk was miles away. The cable went out several times during our stay, and the food at the restaurant was not good especially for the prices. The only positive for this hotel was that it was affordable. I would not stay here again."
