« Less than 4 hours to check in I had not heard from the agent or property manager. I finally called Vrbo on the day of check-in. I received a call from the agent telling me the unit I reserved could not be occupied due to the furnace malfunction. Total lack of communication from the property agent is unacceptable . The agent put me in Unit 5 . The base of the kitchen faucet is extremely loose. I could lift the faucet up from the sink and rotate it. There were 12 knives and no forks or spoons....
