The communication at every stage was prompt, friendly and crystal clear. The property itself is spectacular! No detail was missed in what seems to be a recent renovation. All of the finishes, furniture, appliances, and amenities felt brand new. The decorating felt professionally done. The welcome basket and personal note was a wonderful touch and the back patio looking at Lake Como made for beautiful evenings. We preferred being 5 minutes outside of the city center as the whole condo complex was calming and serene. We would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact we would seek it out!
