"Vending and ice room was out of order. Outside back door which I was supposed to use to bring my luggage to my room was almost impossible to open. Someone had to let me in the first time I tried it multiple times. No elevators, so I had to lug my suitcase up a flight of stairs. They serve no decaf in breakfast room, only fruit flavored drinks. No juice or fresh fruit or any kind of eggs either."
