« We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza on numerous occasions after the first time when we attended a near by wedding, we have tried alternative hotels but nothing comes close. We use all the facilities and everything is perfect the rooms are spacious modern and are always clean and we will return as soon as possible. »

« Experience agreable. Neanmoins, il y a 2 restaurants dans l'hotel mais la reception n'en propose qu'un seul. De plus, suite a une maladresse d'un serveur au petit dejeuner j'ai recu une tasse de chocolat sur les genoux. Meme si le personnel s'est excuse et que ce type d'incident peut se produire, j'aurais aprecie qu'on me propose un dedomagement, ne serait-ce que le nettoyage de mon pantalon. Il faut aussi faire attention si l'on deplace les objets qui sont en vente et sont poses sur le...

« The hotel is nice although the room was not like the one in the picture. The hotel is very big and was wwll organized for the RDC6 convention. The gym is very well equipped I was impressed with that. The restautant is nice and the staff nice. What I didnt like was house keeping trying to barge inside although I had the do not disturb sign on my door and turn on the do not disturb bottom. I was naked in the tub when they barged in… i am a woman traveling alone, it made me feel a bit...

Vu la distance entre ma chambre et la réception , 20 minutes de perdues. Heureusement que le personnel de ménage était la pour me faire rentrer. Donc bravo au personnel de ménage mais honte aux réceptionniste...et pas un mot d'excuse pour mon temps perdu et les aller retour!!
