"Great value stay with everything you need for comfort. The room was clean, with a proper shower cubicle (a rarer find in Moroccan hotels it seems), and a good supply of towels and toilet paper. Air conditioning worked well, and there was a small balcony, even if the view wasn’t anything special. Breakfast was good, and the staff were kind, helpful and welcoming throughout. The only downside was that the WiFi didn’t work for us at all during our stay. Overall, excellent for the price and a very solid choice."

Todos, absolutamente todos formam um time de excelência, os recepcionistas, o gerente geral (que se apresentou), a gerente do restaurante (extremamente amável), a garçonete que cuidou do nosso almoço e também o pessoal que colocou as malas dentro do carro. Après avoir surmonté notre épuisement, nous avons été émerveillés par chaque détail grâce à une équipe que je n'oublierai jamais. Ils nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous et nous ont charmés par leur attention et leur passion pour chaque détail. Absolument tout le monde forme une équipe formidable : les réceptionnistes, le directeur général (qui s'est présenté), la directeur du restaurant (d'une extrême gentillesse), la serveuse qui s'est occupée de notre déjeuner, et même le personnel qui a chargé nos bagages dans la voiture. La meilleure expérience que j'aie jamais vécue lors de mes voyages à travers le monde : élégante, discrète, efficace et aimable. Un immense merci !"

"The reception at the hotel was terrible"

"Room was clean, little dated and needs upgrading since we are in 2026. The reception floor was nice with beautiful and amazing artisan Moroccan design and furniture. Love it! Breakfast was amazing featuring a variety of food including a traditinal soup, tea and mssamen + harsha made on site 10/10. Staff are amazing. Blue (big) taxis go by the hotel which u can take for around $0.50 to downtown or opposite direction to martil (famous tetouan beach). For same price u can take yellow (small) taxi to/from airport (20 mins walk). Overall good experience "

"We went to celebrate my 50th birthday and the hotel helped decorate the room. My husband ordered flowers and cake. They did a great job and charged a low price. Very happy with our stay. The pool and beach were great. "

"Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities. "
