"always professional here , very clean. we prefer to go to breakfast early to avoid ques when its busy (before 8am) car park next door is convenient but pricey. all round a good place to stay we have been a good few times and will go again!"

"The perfect spot to relax and unwind listening to the sounds of the sea. We treated ourselves to one of the balcony suites and were not disappointed. Margate is an interesting mix of old and new but there are lots of places to explore food wise. This is also my first visit to one of the Guesthouse hotels and I would be keen to try the others in the brand. The pantry was a nice idea although there were no plates for the cake, glasses for the drinks or jugs to get the fresh milk from the fridge. Parking is free after 6 outside the hotel but otherwise its quite expensive to park in the area. "

"The staff Laura and Jim were both very friendly, polite and hospitable. I had a twin room with an en-suite bathroom which had a bath and a shower. The room and property were very clean and tidy. Got parking on the front of the property but the road is free parking anyway so that was a problem. Breakfast was very nice full English breakfast buffet, toaster, coffee pod machine, yogurts and cereals too. I will go there again when I’m in Margate and my friends that booked the premier inn said they’ll here next time too. "

"Generally the standard of hygiene could be improved dramatically , just very dusty and dirty in certain areas. They just need to hoover the carpet more. We had a blocked sink and the water wasn’t very warm despite setting to maximum. I understand other guests had similar issues. Positives were - very friendly staff, comfy bed and oreo snacks were nice"

"Room was clean and staff was helpful but our see view room was disappointing the first room was on an incline so ask to switch as I could not sleep with my head facing down and in both rooms the so called sea view was a very small window that was in one corner that you had to stand up and get in front of it to see the sea and the rooms was very small and the window let in very little light and we had to have a light on in the middle of the day ! My sister had a room facing the marina and her room was twice the size and these big beautiful big windows that let in a ton of natural light . In my opinion the sea view room is not worth the extra money!"
