Swim spa did not work for our trip and the furniture could definitely use cleaning. Communication with the property manager was easy. They did attempt to get the swim spa working and were told that it was fixed by the pool guy. However, it did not work despite them trying to get it fixed. There's plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. There was no frying pan but plenty of other cooking utensils.
