Definitely had a couple of misgivings when I first pulled up to the property in the dark - it is in a fairly lonely location between Manvel and Alvin. And looked a little bit dated from outside. Check in was great, and the room was large and definitely clean. I stayed 4 nights and was impressed at the quality of the house keeping and cleanliness. This is not the fanciest hotel, but definitely good quality and value for the budget traveler.
