"Check in was fairly smooth, once we finally received the information. We had several issues with the location though. The walkway to the apartment had no lighting and was a bit awkward getting to the apt., especially at night. The entry didn't feel very secure since the glass doors didn't lock properly and the gate had large openings that someone could reach through to grab the key, that is right next to the door. The apt hadn't been vacuumed very well and the waste basket had someone elses garbage in it. There were some sort of monitors, facing each of the beds, that made us wonder if we were being filmed, so we covered them. There were no curtains so we covered the windows with pillows and the door with a quilt. The apt also lacked good lighting and the stairway that went upstairs made us feel like they could come and go without our knowledge. Like other guests mentioned, it was VERY cold. They only gave us 1 towel, for 2 people, and it didn't look very clean. Becareful when you sit on the toilet, the seat isn't attached properly and you could end up in the next town. The pillows didn't smell clean, glad I had my own with me. They don't have a coffee pot or electric kettle, so if you like coffee in the morning, bring your own. The apt could use a little maintenance for an improved stay for guests."

"Darci and her daughter Emily made our visit so welcoming and comfortable. They were friendly and thoughtful hosts. The room was cozy and clean. Breakfast in bed was exceptional and included special touches that showed great care. A nice coffee and tea bar outside our room with a fridge was appreciated. The bathroom was also right beside our room and it felt like home. The shower was perfect. Parking was free and close by in a well lit area. Darci and Emily shared many details about Creemore and nearby towns that helped us make the most of our time in Creemore. They represent the town with pride. We had a relaxing and wonderful 2 day stay and will return again for sure. Thank you for a lovely time. "

"I was a solo traveller and found the bed to be very soft, I prefer a harder mattress. They put me on a floor with wedding guests. Well I was up until 3:00 am with them because they were partying in the hallways. When I told the staff they said “well they are just celebrating their wedding”. Well maybe don’t put your solo travellers on the same floor. No sleep was had"
