« If I could give this booking 6-stars, I would. House is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size, linens and bedding are luxurious. Ashley was an amazing host. Very responsive, instructions to access the unit were easy to understand. We were there for a running race and she even left us a care package with Gatorade snacks and some post run hot chocolate (it was January)! If we’re back in Patchogue, her listing will definitely be my first choice! »

« Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper...

« What a great experience staying at this property The condo is right on Main Street and I was concerned it was going to be loud because it is above a restaurant, but it was quiet as can be! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and a quick mile walk to the beach! Great spot! I can’t wait to come back again »

« Great location for us visiting the wine country and Bayshore town with this serving as a base. Everything was great. We love coffee and The Suite had both regular drip and K-cup options. Kitchen well equipped. Air conditioning in each room worked well. Large 65” TV with streaming options. Great shower. I would return and highly recommend The Suite! »

« We loved our stay at the Dogwood Inn. We had the best of both worlds--a quiet, peaceful setting in the woods with Rte. 25A and all of its conveniences just a short drive away. This was our first trip to Long Island, and we fell in love with the general area, all the old homes in Miller Place, the great Italian food at Savino's Hideaway just down the road, and the tasty treats at McNulty's Ice Cream Parlor.
