The apartment was quiet and the parking was convenient.Only slight challenge was the AC. It is a basement apartment so you have to reach up to get to the AC controls. We wanted to be close to some friends that live in Long Island. The space was perfect for my 9 month old, my husband and myself. In our first night, we had an issue with the toilet and Tammy came to our rescue immediately. Communication with her was so easy and although it was a brief inconvenience, having a super attentive host made a huge difference. She fixed the issue herself!!! The rest of the stay was exceptional. We were so grateful and the little hiccup in our stay didn’t sully our experience because of Tammy’s quick action. ##### Leslie C. The property inside was a little dark as is it located in the basement. However that was not a big deal. It looked new and clean. One big positive was the large yard we had access to. The location was great and we were 15mins away from everywhere we needed to be. The host Tammy was very responsive and provided great directions.
