We usually stay in Makati Greenbelt area in one of the top hotels (Primea, Makati Diamond) - just to give a perspective. This facility is good overall for what it's worth. Simple and basic and serves its purpose. Nothing fancy. We didn't bother using the washer as there was no dryer. The good thing is that there are two affordable cleaners around the facility. We had a couple of issues in the bathroom but was quickly addressed (shower rod fell in one bathroom, hand held shower kept falling in the other bathroom). The service was EXCELLENT. Catherine is always accessible and easy to deal with.Regarding the location: It is walking distance to SM Aura, Market Market, and the Bonifacio High Street. The traffic though in and out of BCG is worse than I expected. It was faster to walk 10-15 minutes than to take a Grab.If staying around the BGC area, I would consider staying here again. ##### Frederick F. We were so close to great shops and restaurants in the area plus landmark places we wanted to visit while there. Loved that we could do a bit of laundry and everything that we needed for our stay to be comfortable was there. Front desk personnel at the residence was always courteous and polite.
