"The property as in lobby was great. However the room was not cleaned everyday and the bathroom smelled like a public bathroom. This is my 3rd time staying here and it has never been this bad, I will not be staying here again."

"The room was a decent size for two people, most disappointing factor was that there were no cups in the room, and the only source of water was on the fourth floor. Also would have been nice to have a little coffee machine in the room, but perhaps that’s not to be expected in NYC."

"I really love this place. It's at the upper end of what I can pay for a hotel -- but it's beautiful, and there was music in the Rum House (on the same property) -- every night we were there -- and with no cover. There just could not be a more convenient location if you're there for Broadway. It's very safe, and the security staff making sure no one accesses the elevators who are not guests -- are very diligent. I hope to stay there again."

"The hotel is very nice and modern. Check-in was a little delayed, but the hotel did good by us by extending a late check-out on our departure day to make up for the delay. We were also originally put in a connecting room which was a little loud, but the hotel MOD Andy took really good care of us and moved us to another room which was perfect! Andy was fantastic. We also really liked the various café's, restaurants and bars, particularly the rooftop bar. Liv was a wonderful host at the various locations and took very good care of us as well! The gym is quite well equiped and well maintained. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room a couple of days over the 5 day stay, which was the only real negative comment. I really rate this hotel high up for a NYC option. If check-in would have been perfect, original room assignment noise level not had hapoened and housekeeping not missed, the hotel would have definitely received 5 star on all counts. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting NYC and enjoy SOHO area."
