From check-in to check-out, the customer service was outstanding. The front desk team was welcoming, patient, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They gave great local recommendations and handled my late check-out request quickly with no hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Location is great too - easy to walk to downtown and public transit. What stood out most was how attentive and friendly the staff were. You can tell they genuinely care about guest experience. Shout to the team at reception for making my stay stress-free. If you’re looking for a hotel in Montreal with good service and value, I’d definitely recommend Le Sand Hotel. I’ll be back next time I’m in the city! "

"Booked for out of town surgery and recovery period before heading back home. The kitchenette is very convenient and well equipped. Although it is older (not modern by any means), it is very well kept and clean. The bathroom is small. The seperate bedroom is large and useful (especially in my case since I could rest while my cousin could do her thing without waking me up). The included breakfast was good and a variety of options. The parking is small, and not high so just be aware if you are driving there with a larger vehicle (e.g. truck), you might have to find an alternative parking spot. Well located and you can walk to shopping, grocery store, restaurants."
