"Generally a good 4* hotel but let down by little things. Arriving from Yonge Street the only access is up 3 steps - not good for those with limited mobility, heavy suitcases or in wheelchairs. The info on the tv about the hotel says you can phone to book takeaway meals in your from from the express counter in the lobby but when I did this, I was told it was not possible. The maid service was good but they change the towels every day, which is unnecessary."

"Overall very good experience, front desk staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. We had some issues checking in but the staff helped us through it all considering it was my first time travelling alone. Bed was very comfy . My only thing is it could be cleaner, just seems like lots of hidden dirt by the kitchen area and behind the toilet in the bathroom, also there was what it looked like to be mould behind the a/c but i’m not too sure. "
