Your new home in the Moscatelares area, this magnificent 118 m² loft is designed with style and functionality, ideal for a stay in Madrid. With modern furnishings, spacious rooms, plenty of natural light, and air conditioning, it’s the perfect place to make Madrid your home.   
  
It features two bedrooms (the main one is a suite), two bathrooms, one with a hydromassage shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, a workspace with a desk ideal for remote work thanks to high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and a 50 m² living room with a fireplace, bar, and sofa bed for two people. From there, you can access a peaceful 40 m² terrace, perfect to relax while watching your favorite series or movies after a day of work or study.   
  
Additionally, it includes a large garage space for two vehicles, a separate laundry room with washer-dryer tower, and all the utensils and linens you need to feel at home: dishes, bedding, towels, small appliances, and more.

The surroundings are wonderful: peaceful and with large green areas, a pine forest right in front of the terrace, schools, sports centers, a library, a cultural center... yet just a few minutes’ walk from the town of San Sebastián de Los Reyes and the largest shopping center in the northern Madrid area: Plaza Norte (with cinemas, boutiques, restaurants), Carrefour, Ikea, Media Markt, Leroy Merlin, and more.   
  
For students wanting to pursue postgraduate studies, it’s just 1 km from the Real Madrid University School and 2 km from the International University of Alcobendas.   
  
Right next to the building is the Mercadona supermarket, very convenient for daily shopping.   
  
For cycling enthusiasts, the bike lane runs right in front of the loft.   
  
The loft is a 10-minute walk from the Plaza, where you’ll find the Metro station.   
  
Buses to Madrid and the northern area are also close to the building.

\- Bus: 156 to Hospital La Paz, Plaza Castilla. Stop 5 min walk.- Metro: Reyes Católicos / Line 10\. Station 8/10 min walk.- If you have a car, we have a garage space suitable for 2 vehicles.- Direct access to the N-I (km 17)- Direct access to M12 for Adolfo Suarez Barajas Airport: 8/10 min by car.
