"Hotel is lovely, room clean. View excellent. No on site parking as indicated, parking lot is a mile walk on cobblestones. Leave your luggage in the car and just take backpacks. Village is charming. Most restaurants closed Sunday and Monday. "

"Beautiful small boutique hotel located at the Ulia mountain, overlooking San Sebastian. Thoughtfully designed rooms and a great pool. The location is not ideal if you arrive by car. There is no parking on site and only limited street parking further down the hill (20 minute walk). Breakfast was ok but pricey for what it was (25€ per person)."

"Great location, beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. It’s a very easy walk to the beach, to Old Town, and to hundreds of shops and restaurants. The little pool on the rooftop (7th floor) was very clean and refreshing, and the poolside furniture was very comfortable for lounging and relaxing. The exercise room is very small but has a treadmill, bicycle and some dumbbells, so it had everything I needed, and I only saw one other person there on one occasion."
"I had a terrible checking in experience. I transferred my luggage before I checked in, however when I arrived at this hotel with 10 percent of cell phone battery, the remote checking person told me repeatedly 3 times that they didn’t have my luggage which my phone charger was in. Long story short, if it was not the cleaning lady was still there, I would be locked out totally, while my luggage was actually INSIDE the hotel office.
Their check in lady was arrogant and lazy, destroying their business. "
