"Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The fitness center was very uncomfortable due to the preset thermostat at 76 degrees. Please fix this. It was like a sauna in there. There was no hand sanitizer. I did appreciate the cold water dispenser though."

"Multiple lights in the room did not work. The wiring for the A/C unit was a big metal block in the floor that I tripped over. When I tripped I almost stepped through the floor because there was a rather large hole under the carpet. Serious concern. The pool was closed with no reason as to why. The price point was okay, but after staying there it makes sense as to why."

"The sheets were old. There were hairs under our pillows that were not ours. The shower needs to be replaced. Water pools around your feet and the shower floor is very old. The pool was out of order. There was not a hot tub. The breakfast was mediocre. There was not any coffee in the lobby for my husband and I since the staff were working very hard to keep the breakfast food filled for a large amount of people staying as part of a bus tour. The carpet in our room was stained. There was not a trash can in the bathroom in our room. Every time we turned on the television we had to push extra buttons to have the hdmi cable reengage. The sounds proofing was lacking. We could hear people above us and in the hallway outside of our room."

"Good for a one night stay. Spacious, clean room. Property is dated. There is a pool, but no hot tub. Breakfast was fine- eggs, waffles, yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal. No bananas! Priced right, in a decent area. Convenient to highway. One complaint- the water in the bathroom felt slimy and like you couldn't rinse the soap off of your skin. Soft water, maybe? I was not a fan. Otherwise, just fine for one night."

"Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and we both woke with a very bad backache. The "free wifi" was not actually free - you had to "pay" by agreeing they could sell all your personal information, and accept email advertising from them. That is not free and we did not bite. The refridgerator and microwave were at floor level. Very unhelpful. My husband has difficulty getting down & up from the floor so that was bad. I had to get on my knees to get something out of the fridge. The fridge was set at a high temperature though we did not notice as it was so low to the ground. It froze what we put in. One can blew out. We then realized it was set at "7". The fridge was so lightweight that when we opened the door, the whole fridge moved forward in the cabinet. Very awkward. The microwave, which I wanted to be able to heat a heating pad for my husband, had a turntable that would not turn, so I did not dare try to heat the pad. We did not ask for a room with a view - and our view was a roof. We left the curtains closed as a result, so it made the room gloomier than it was. Pros: The location was good for where we needed to go in Toledo. When I decided to cancel our last day, there was no difficulty doing that. They had free breakfast. We did not eat but we did have coffee & tea. The bathroom was very clean and bright."
