"Nice, quirky hotel with a very warm welcome and helpful staff. The disappointment was the dinner! It was all rather over-priced with puddings at £6.95. While my seafodd pasta was lovely one in our party had an in-edible steak and a couple of people had badly-cooked aspsaragus - char-grilled and woody. We went elsewhere for dinner on the 2nd night."

"Building was shabby and run-down on the outside; inside was better. Service and food was very good. "

"Our stay was really good the room was good clean and warm the staff are friendly and informative a brilliant pool and games room and good entertainment at night overall brilliant stay thank you "
"We had a lovely stay in a balcony room overlooking the fabulous harbour. We had everything we needed including robes, slippers and a really comfy bed. The cleaning staff were lovely and always had a warm smile and said hello. Unfortunately the staff on reception seemed to keep their heads down or talk amongst themselves as we went in and out of the hotel. Also, we went to sit outside to have a drink and soak up the sun for an hour and the bar staff in The Jetty informed us that they don't serve outside and that we'd have to order inside and take it with us. Very odd for a 5* hotel...? Other than that we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend to others."
