Comprises two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double. There is a spacious lounge with woodburner. The cottage enjoys a super location, with the Georgian market town, its lovely High Street, the Marinas and Sea Wall walks within easy walking distance. Unrestricted on street parking on the road outside. There are endless activities, pubs, restaurants, walks, rides, costal walks on offer all within minutes walk or drive if wanting to explore the delights of the New Forest. Lymington and the New Forest will be sure to spoil you and hopefully so will we, making your stay a memorable one. Well situated for Lymington high Street which is approximately 13 minutes walk and the sea wall about the same. Easy driving time to Burley across the forest and to Avon Beach and Mudeford Quay.Nice Woodburner which made the cottage very cosy in the evenings - you need to bring your own kindling and logs. The road is quiet wirh plenty of parking. The house is small but is well appointed and equipped. The stairs are steep but there is support from two handrails, one wooden, one rope. The cottage is well presented and the host easily contactable. It is only a ten minute walk into the High Street or the Marina with an abundance of shops, Saturday market, pubs and picturesque walks. We had Sunday lunch at the Kings Head which we would highly recommend. It is also only a 15-20 minute drive to the New Forest and the vineyard on the way does a fantastic fish finger sandwich. Could have done with a few more real glass glasses instead of the plastic ones (good for outside) and a bit more cutlery. The computer desk in the living room takes up valuable space where another easy chair could be positioned. There was one light in the kitchen that continued to flash on and off our whole stay. The cottage is also a lot smaller than the pictures reflect. The bathroom was quite dated. For the money we paid out of season, we were expecting a bit more. ##### Susan G. Stayed 2 nights in Nov 2025
