« We stayed the last two nights of our week long visit to the area for my wife's family reunion. Since we had dinner's out with family we only enjoyed coffee at the apartment. We did see that the kitchen was well equipped if we needed it. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will definitely try to stay here on future visits to the area. »

« I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive. I would definitely stay again if/when in town. »

« Our stay was great! The place looks new and was very clean, very comfortable and easy access. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom has no outlets to do your hair or anything. They didn't have soap, shampoo or any bath products except softsoap on the sink. Towels were very nice. Didn't really like the parking on the narrow street either but it worked and nothing happened so that was good. Overall, it is a very nice place and I would stay again for sure. »
