You can't be much closer to the action with our "Village Condo". Located on the main street, (Hancock) we are right downtown so you can walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. Be a part of historical Pentwater when you stay with us! When you walk into the condo you can tell the building has been standing for decades. We enjoyed the deck on the back - for the sunrise, relaxing and even listening to the bands play in the park at night. The stairs leading up to the condo were interior, and the deck private. If you or anyone in your party cannot handle a long flight of stairs you should seek other lodging. Bring a bike. Mears Beach and the general area is beautiful. If you rent a golf cart, you will not be able to drive it into Mears State Park without a MI license plate and a park pass. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids (5 and 2). The kids ran down the long hallway between the dining room and living room. Location was excellent, middle of town. The tub in the master bedroom was pretty high to step into. Pentwater was does not wake early. There are at least 3 very good ice cream stores. It was a great home-away-from-home: comfortable, clean, lovely architecturally, and well appointed. We stayed here with four adults and three children ranging from almost 2 to almost 5 in age, and we NEVER felt crowded; it’s such a spacious apartment. We had a very small issue with a couple slow drains in the bathrooms, but Mike came out and fixed it the same day I notified him, and everything worked perfectly after that! I was so pleased with the owner’s responsiveness and courtesy. Overall, the location of the apartment was perfect. We loved being right on the main strip and so close to our favorite ice cream shop! There was no issue with noise from the street, even when the front windows were open.
