"Was a lovely hotel, only bug bares were that the pool showers had no hot water come 6pm on Saturday evening also the continental breakfast the pastries were hard and not edible."

"A lovely old coaching inn. Room was lovely, good big bed. Excellent location, no onsite parking but at least 2 car parks within metres of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of it and cooked to order. However, my only gripe would be, the listing clearly says the inn has a restaurant and does meals. This is TOTALLY INACCURATE! They don't have a restaurant despite saying so. There were probably 15 couples at least staying and I heard at least half asking about the restaurant for food. Fortunately there's a good selection of places to eat in Lutterworth. It's just a question of knowing in advance and not getting caught out. I can recommend the Avatar restaurant almost directly opposite the hotel for excellent food. "

"The staff is superfreindly. The hotel is located in less crowded area of city so there is plenty of of space for hotel rooms and for free complemetary parking. The rooms are in very good condition with large bed size. The food is very good. Overall an excellent expeience!"

"Everything was brilliant apart from 2 things. Unfortunately those things mean we don’t get a proper nights sleep. 1: the shower suddenly started to drip in the middle of the night, not once but twice. Both times lasting around 5 mins. The second time I would not stop and I had to turn the shower on for a few seconds and off again to make it stop. 2. There was a flash and small blip from the fire alarm. Again, this happened more than once through the night. Everything else was good (save a slow check in but they were busy) and if not for these issues it would be 5 stars. However, such a disturbed sleep made the stay somewhere I am dubious to return to. "
