« i stayed here with my cousin to see the poppies on the pier and the fireworks.The room was really good clean and quiet being away from the noisy part of Southend but still on seafront and just 20mins walk was good for us.The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful we spent the eve in the bar and we will def stay there again.A really lovely great little hotel. »

« Située dans le Guest House à coté de l'hôtel, dans une rue en ruine, la chambre est restée dans son jus des années 80 et SURTOUT, je ne sais qui logeait dans les autres chambres mais tout le monde fumait ! Je suppose donc que l'alarme incendie était hors service ! Irrespirable (2 jours plus tard nos vêtements et valises empestent encore) ! L'extrême courtoisie des managers n'arrive pas à compenser la décrépitude du lieu.
