"Room was comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The pub and restaurant were great, had a lovely meal there and the breakfast was fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend this property."

"Good hotel, plenty of free parking, clean and comfortable room with everything you need, good buffet breakfast and genuinely nice staff. Only criticism would be the bar, we were told at reception that the tavern bar was open from 15.00 until 22.30 but when we went to the entrance door could see staff inside but the door was closed. Went again next day which was the same but found entry was through the restaurant which no one told us, several people appeared to do the same while we were there, should be a sign on the door to explain how to enter, or just open the door."

"Room was small but very clean - In Room Heating excellent - No in room fridge Common walkways areas are soulless - no atmosphere at all at anytime during the 3 days i stayed Best Western Litchfield much better - i was there 3 days before i came to Jephson "

"Room clean and tidy. Towels plenty of and 2 pillows per person. Bathroom clean and shower good. The bar prices are high and food limited. Annoying no free parking for guests which adds to the overall costs. Breakfast with no choices i.e just scrambled egg no fried or boiled options. Toasters not very good needed to put bread through twice to get any type of browning."

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The smell was awful being masked by diffusers just not very well. The double room was two singles shoved together. Tiles in bathroom all lifted which caused me to kick them and take my toenail off. "
