This is a charming converted multi-story home, very old-school in its bones, but updated for wifi, chargers, etc. Nicely appointed, two quiet blocks from downtown Summit. Real staff on site--not a tie-line to some national headquarters. Staff goes home at 6 but is close by and available by phone if needed. « Kitchen is run down, counter tops faded, appliances out dated, cabinets laminate is peeling off and door hanging uneven. Bathroom is from the 60's and had mold. Temperature was very hard to stabilize, still have window AC units in all windows, which cause a huge draft in 15 degree weather. This is far from a luxury property and I was switched to this property and had tried to get a credit from what I originally rented and did not hear back from anyone. »

« ここは好みが分かれそうです。場所は文字通りダウンタウンにある家で、安いのて選びました。 部屋はベッドにテレビ、小さなテーブルも1つあり、バスタオル付です。 シャワーとトイレ、キッチンは共用で、片付いています。 が、まず空調は冷房だけで冬は毛布が置いてあるだけです。またWifiはドアに書いてあるものと違うのを使っています。私が一番困ったのは、管理人が正面玄関を開ける形にしているので、自由には出入りし難いことと、部屋には内鍵しかないため、自分がシャワー等を浴びたりしている間のセキュリティが心配になる事でした。 つまり安いなりのリスクがある、ということを自覚して行くと良いでしょう。 »

« At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it. »
