#### Short stay efficient

Contact with host was always prompt. Location to train and commercial area excellent. Entry access was accurate and easy. Very efficient use of the square footage comfortably accommodated 4 adults. The apartment was clean in all phases - wet areas, bedrooms, fridge, etc…. Water closet location was awkward but necessary due to construction layout of unit (it does not effect the ratings on this review). Some loose boards on bedroom floor need to be repaired to avoid tripping. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would rent it again.

Superbe appartement très bien équipé, beaucoup de charme, bien situé dans le centre de Lille, à côté de la gare et du Vieux Lille. Seul petit hic : une odeur d'égouts venant de la rue qui remontait dans l'appartement au niveau de la salle de bains.
