Property is beautiful, just like in the pics. We really enjoyed the real ocean beach, waves, crab scurring around. High & low tides were great to experience. I would recommend this to all my friends.

This is a nice property. The view is very nice. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. Parking is good. Location on the island is great, as we were able to travel easily to anything we wanted to see or excursions we had planned. Our only issues were that the room did smell a little musty, the bed was a little hard, and the Air conditioner did not seem to cool to the temperature that we wanted even though we were careful to keep the patio door closed.

Arrived to a dirty room
PROS: Quick communication by owner. Wonderful pool area, lobby/restaurant area, and property grounds, owner made cleanliness issues right by refunding the cleaning fee and having a different cleaner come clean the room. CONS: We arrived to a stuffy room, sand and hair on floor, sticky countertops and fridge, The owner first replied "the cleanliness issue is something out of my control", but ended up taking care of it. The office chair cushion is gross, the other chair has stains too, dirty bedskirt, cheap pool towels and drinking cups, mattress and pillows not that comfortable, microwave and filtered water on a different floor, thin walls, small room, have to pay for parking. In the end, the owner was responsive and made things right. The pool and beach made up for everything.

Beautiful resort & room
Kauai beach resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing. The resort grounds are beautiful & very well kept up . Our room has the perfect view of the resort grounds & ocean . Rick was a great host . He answered our questions within minutes. The room was equipped with boogie boards, umbrellas & a few other things . We left our beach chairs for the next guests to use. We will definitely be returning to Kauai again & will definitely be booking through Rick !

We had a wonderful stay at the Kauai Beach resort property. Rick was a great host. We had one small issue when we got to our room but Rick got it taken care of right away! The property is beautiful and is in a great location!

Fantastic Resort style VRBO
The property is on a nice resort. The pools and hot tubs are great and the breakfast restaurant had great food. (only place we got to eat). We were able to walk to the beach which was not crowded (not the best for swimming) but the sunrise was amazing. Room, balcony, and the view was great.
