« Bathroom sink didn't drain properly, building has an unpleasant odor, limited towels, floor dirty, bug on counter, room tired and need updating and extra charges upon check in. »

I arrived at 10 PM to see a sign posted saying "Overbooked." I call the number and the response was "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. First come, first served." This is UNACCEPTABLE. « The sign hanging on the door for no vacancy was concerning. The room was okay, could have used a deep cleaning but apparent it is extended stay. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. The air conditioning struggled to keep room 68. Kitchenette to save money on food BUT there is nothing to do so. No toaster, no coffee pot. No coffee in downstairs to offset. « Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions. »

The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done. « Absolutley fabulous! Will stay again! The beds were comfy, the neighors nice, the place was super clean and safe. The owner was very responsive to all of my messages and recommended some great newarvy restaurants. Our personal favorite is Backlot, fantastic coffee and great bakery breakfast items for our kids (11 and 14), seriously everything there was delicious.
