"At the time the elevators did not work. We had to use the service elevators. Despite that little problem the staff and the rooms were amazing. Every one from the breakfast staff helping you to the house keeping.every staff member we interacted with on the service elevator was so nice and helpful "

"We got a room for my daughters wedding and everything was great! I had a room for me, mother of the bride, and also one for the grooms guys to get ready. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. My only 2 complaints are.. the pool is freezing.. like hypothermia freezing in mid August, and they need some paint and carpet in that place. I don't mind because they price the rooms accordingly and it's a fair trade. I will definitely be staying again!!! "
