« Excellent stay, clean, quiet, and great staff »

« The lobby was clean. The staff was nice... however unfortunately, our stay at the South Branch Inn was extremely disappointing. The most troubling issue was that our room smelled like urine, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel room. The shower curtain was also noticeably unclean, leaving us questioning the overall attention being given to housekeeping. « The first room had numerous things wrong with it. The hotel tried to give a second room that room had issues in the bathroom. Finally got a third room that was acceptable. The price is low for a reason. Their quality is terrible. I would request a look at your room before you settle down. »
