The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Also in a perfect location and super walkable to all of the cute shops and restaurants. A tiny little park that was wonderful to walk through and grt water from the springs, or a nice soak in the mineral waters. Very convenient if visiting the Berkeley Springs hot water baths at the state park. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was just okay. Next time will try other restaurants in the area. We could not stay for the breakfast. Anyway the breakfast was not included in your hotel room rate. Friendly staff. The location is so convenient, we were able to walk to our hot springs appointment and to dine out. We also ordered room service for breakfast and it came fast and was so good.
