Located on the 1st floor of a residence with elevator, it benefits from a double exposure to the east and south-west, offering plenty of natural light throughout the day. The unobstructed view of the Pic du Marcelly, the immediate proximity of the center and the possibility of returning on skis make this the perfect pied-à-terre for your stay in the mountains. Well-equipped, cosy and practical: everything you need for a successful vacation. Capacity : 6 persons

Oil-fuelled communal central heating with radiator controls, 2 TVs (TNT and Orange channels), Wi-Fi, speaker, fridge with freezer compartment, 4-ring ceramic hob, built-in dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine and fondue set, combined washer dryer, board games, baby carrier suitable for the mountains, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, travel cot with mattress, children’s high chair (upon request).

Private ski locker, 1 covered parking space in the basement of the residence, (can accommodate two small or medium cars one behind the other)
