The house is ideally placed to enjoy the ocean beaches, but also to enjoy a day in Bordeaux accessible by car or by bus line 601 (€ 2.60 one way) it is also possible to visit the vineyards of Médoc or Saint -Emilion.
Arcachon is quickly accessible by the river shuttle.
All shops (bakery, butcher, delicatessen, fruit and vegetable merchant, hairdresser, are within walking distance.

A deposit check (or a bank transfer for non-French checkbook holders) of 2000 € will be requested upon delivery of the keys.
