The space (75 sqm) is the result of an accurate restoration ended in 2018\. The accommodation consists of one comfortable kitchen; one dining room/living room with a 42 inch satellite TV; one double bedroom with the possibility to add a cradle; one big bathroom with shower; one laundry room with washing machine/dryer and iron. In the basement our guests will discover a big room with vaulted ceiling which can be a relax area with 2 inch satellite TV and sofa bed. WI-FI and heating/air-conditioning systems are included in the price. The structure is situated on a hill which dominates the medieval village of Lastra a Signa. It is a strategic position because you can reach the village city-center and the railway station in a 15 minutes walk. It is possible to arrive to the center of Florence by train in 15 minutes and the railway station also connects the village to Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Bologna. On demand, a shuttle service is available to get to the railway station, and to the airports of Pisa and Firenze. Our hosts will enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood but also the presence of several comforts such as: -a parking lot (50 meters away) -a mini-market (100 meters away) -a local restaurant (150 meters away) Moreover, the center of Lastra a Signa provides all the additional services you may require as a shopping center with supermarket, cash machine and bank, post-office, car rental, restaurants/ pizzerias, patisseries, cafés. On demand, there is the possibility of organizing various types of day trips in Tuscany. I The apartment is part of the ”La Residenza dei Piaceri Perduti” complex together with another one and it is located under a characteristic vault. The landlord lives in the immediate surroundings which makes prompt interventions possible 24h. We are committed to help our guests before their arrival or reservation answering their question as soon as possible. Thanks to the recent restoration (ended in 2018) we were able to give the apartment all the comforts that modernity enables combined with a style which enhances the beauty of the original structure and the authentic bricks. Sep 27, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### nice small place with caring hosts the whole apartment is situated on a hill near the lastra a signa trainstation. from the terrasse you get a wonderful view over the toscana landscape. the apartment itself has everything one could need for a short or longterm stay - only kitchen utensils could use a touch up or should be brought individually. It takes a 3 min drive down the steep and cruvy road to get to the trainstation. As per our knowledge from september 23´ trains to florence leave 15 past each hour. a oneway ticket costs 2,60 Euros. the ride to florence Santa maria is only 15min. I was traveling solo and the whole process was made so simple by the hosts.. from answering any questions prior to arrival, to picking me up at the train station.. they were so helpful and accommodating .. I used the little market a few doors down and walked down the hill to the town two different times just to explore around.. I found my way to the bank to use the atm and grab a slice of pizza.. the hosts provided some staple foods in the fridge and items to make dinner which was very nice as the restaurant and store was closed when I arrived.. I enjoyed two evenings here just sitting outside and walking the area to take in the great views.
