Very out dated and some broken ceiling tiles, but clean. AC worked great. The room fit our need perfectly and didn’t break the bank"

"Our family had a great week in the Acadia area. We chose this property for many reasons: it's listed as ocean front, there's a sizable yard area with a playset for the children and a fire pit, and the house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. We were not disappointed! Our granddaughters enjoyed the playset, the yard games, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, and swimming and playing in the sand at Lamoine Beach, a 10 minute walk from the house. The adults enjoyed kayaking in the bay as well as the various wildlife seen in the bay, entertaining friends for dinner, sitting around the fire pit catching up, the quiet neighborhood, and sleeping well after a full day of activity. This property is a short drive to Ellsworth for shopping and eating out; slightly longer but manageable to Acadia National Park as well as Schoodic Peninsula. This was our first time staying here, and we will definitely check to see if it's available the next time we come to the area."
