« The room was cozy, clean, and nicely decorated but the mattress had no support. It folded in on us. I noticed there was no box spring. We were not able to get a good night rest which impacted the quality of our vacation. We also had to strip down our bed and take out our own trash before leaving. There were extra charges which were not disclosed prior to booking the room. We also had trouble with our TV. I left a message with the contact number but no one got back to us. »
