The top floor has two bedrooms, a bath, kitchen, and laundry room. The bottom floor also has two bedrooms, with an additional kitchen area, another refrigerator and a bathroom as well. There is a large game room out back too! On an acre lot so there was plenty of parking. Not right on the lake, but very close! »

It’s a bout an hr drive to the lake Shasta community and about the same to go to Burney falls which we ventured out to while we stayed there . « We had 4 adults and two Labradors. The property is down a gravel path. There is a lovely flat area around the house that gave the dogs plenty of space to sniff and play.
